Anthony Marshall LeCroy

My life and work have always centered around people.

Over the years, that has taken me through business leadership, ministry, human resources, organizational development, and coaching. The settings have changed, but the common thread has remained remarkably consistent: helping people grow, helping leaders lead well, and helping organizations become healthier places for people to thrive.

Today, my work sits at the intersection of people, leadership, Christian faith, and organizational health.

I serve as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Global Outreach International, where I help develop the people, systems, culture, and organizational practices that support our staff and missionaries serving around the world.

My professional experience spans corporate leadership, ministry, nonprofit leadership, human resources, and organizational development. Along the way, I’ve learned that healthy organizations require more than good systems. They require healthy leaders, clear expectations, trusted relationships, and a genuine commitment to people.

I hold a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Troy University and a Master of Divinity from Liberty University. That combination reflects much of how I approach my work—bringing together practical organizational leadership with a deeply rooted Christian worldview.

Before my current work in human resources and coaching, I served as a family pastor and held leadership roles with organizations including Target, CGI Technologies, and Goody’s Family Clothing. Each chapter has contributed something to the way I understand leadership and people today.

But work is only part of my story.

I’m married to my wife, Kristina, and we have two daughters, Kaley and Kylie. Our family enjoys traveling, movies, good food, time with friends, and life with our dachshund, Gus, and cat, Jack.

I continue to be fascinated by people—what motivates us, what holds us back, how we grow, how organizations affect us, and how faith gives meaning and direction to the lives we are building.

Whether I’m working with an organization, developing leaders, coaching a pastor, or sitting across from someone trying to determine what comes next, my hope is much the same:

Help people find clarity, grow with intention, and move forward with purpose.
